30-Day Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition that you received it
• Unworn or unused
• With tags
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Note: Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@jumaang.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

To get the item you want quickly, return the original item. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired product.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved:

• Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
• It may take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund
